The SSMCC is a club for motorcycle enthusiasts who not only love their "Special" bikes, but also build them (in some cases some bikes spend more time being built...)
Originating from the early days of the Harris and Rickman clubs this club is very much for those who use and apreciate after market Frames (including the odd home built one). However, that being said we do apreciate that not everyone has the oportunity to build a bike around and after market Frame, and thus you will find members who have carried out extensive engineering modifications and fabrication to their bikes.
Of course the other key reason that clubs evolve is to provide the oportunity to get togehter through out the year to talk bikes and have the odd beer or three...
If you feel you would have an interest in our club, please folow the links at the side of the pages to see the clubs history, some of our members and their bikes, the advents we get invited to and our own annual rally. You will also find information on how to join and of course the costs. Mind you at £15 per year it only needs you to bring your bike to one of the shows and put it on display and you have got your money back.
